WJAR Announces Grand Prize Winners of Third Annual NBC10 Wedding Giveaway!
November 6, 2009 NBC10 and A Better Sound are giving away a wedding at The Crowne Plaza Hotel at the Crossings to one local couple. The contest began on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Engaged couples, who were interested in getting married on TV, logged on to turnto10.com to fill out an application and submit an essay and a photo.
The couples were then required to attend a casting call on Sunday, October 25, 2009 The Crowne Plaza Hotel at the Crossings in Warwick, RI for an in-person interview with a panel of judges.
The judges (see list below) chose four lucky couples to appear, on the air, at the NBC10 studios on Friday, November 6, 2009. From those four finalists, one lucky couple was chosen to get married on NBC 10 at 11am on February 15, 2009 and they will receive the following prizes, valued at more than $40,000:
And…. the grand prize couple is Jennifer Coliflores and Eric Rosenthal of Pawtucket, RI.
Jennifer was filmed live during the announcement at Roger Williams Law School in Bristol, Rhode Island, where she is a second year law student.
Now that the grand prize couple has been announced, users of turnto10.com will have the ability to vote for the reception menu, choice of rings, choice of gown, etc. Jen & Eric will have no influence on those items and must accept the winning choices of the public. The voting will take place online at turnto10.com from now through December 2, 2009 and users can vote as many times as they want.

Stephen is currently producing and hosting the TV/DVD series, “The One Hour Wedding Planner.”
He has experience as an on camera television program host and has been featured in lead roles on television commercials, radio commercials, documentaries, industrial films, and live shows. Stephen has also has emceed numerous weddings, banquets and fund raisers around the world. He is a graduate of Harper College where he studied Speech, Communications and Liberal Arts.
